Many have tried diet after diet, or have purchased a gym membership and then never used it. So the question is, what is the block, what is keeping you from following through and successfully achieving your goal? Well the truth is most goals have been created without a plan, and a goal without a plan is more like a fancy idea. You cannot expect to have motivation 24/7 to get you there. You also cannot expect to have nothing in life come up that acts as a distraction, an excuse, or a stress time consumer.

Wanting a healthier lifestyle in body and mind requires change. Change is a process and one that does not usually come without anxiety, nervousness, or fear. Therefore we often revert back to the familiar whether that familiar is ideal or not.
